Meditative Prayer for Prosperity
Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your eyes closed, hands resting gently in your lap. Take 3 deep, relaxing breaths , fully expanding your belly on the inhale, and exhaling out all the breath on a sigh.
Now see a brilliant turq
uoise ray of light beaming down from the heavens directly to your heart. Say the following prayer aloud:
“Down-ray the turquoise ray of abundance and supply, activating my heart, the seat of my soul, and quickening person, places, things, conditions, and situations, bringing me into perfect prosperity.”
Sense and feel your heart being activated in limitless supply. Feel the warmth and strength of this light illuminating all of your being. See it bringing into your life new avenues of income, and strengthening the ones you already have.
Once this power is established in you and you feel uplifted, give thanks, then let it go from your consciousness. Trust that the energy is in motion.
If you find yourself falling back into worry patters, repeat the light work. As with all things, the more you put this meditation into action, the more you attract prosperity into your life.

In today’s job market, there is a lot of discouraging news which can make securing a job daunting and discouraging. Whether you are looking to find your ideal career, or a job that will cover immediate personal needs, how do you find work when work seems lacking? The reassuring news is that regardless of the work climate you may be in, the same spiritual laws of success are in play. Whether you are looking to forward you ideal career or find immediate employment, spiritual energy can be of great help in manifesting a job. The difference is in more challenging times, you have to express that confidence and the timeless spiritual principles more diligently.
You next key is to know the steps to succeed. Study the landscape of the field you are in or seeking to enter. Too many people may have an idea of what they want to do, but have a vague or unrealistic picture of what it takes to really reach that goal. So take the time to do your career homework. Again you will be building the power of success in your aura.
Another important key in building your career power is to remember the definition of a career as “a chosen pursuit.” A chosen pursuit may or may not be money generating, yet by pursuing your career path for its own sake, money will inevitably follow. Too many people chase a job just for the money. This can degrade the career energy because you are restricting that power. Whereas if you do it in reverse and pursue the job for its own sake, you will attract the money you need. In the philosophy of karma yoga—the law of right action—all honest work is good. One is to work for work’s sake, for the joy of work as an act of service to God. So, even of you are not currently getting paid, keep yourself immersed in the work you wish to do and the energy will build.
Meditating with the pure white light is excellent if you are unclear about the work you wish to do and are looking for illumination. The golden ray of wisdom light is excellent if you are clear on your career path but need more dynamic power to make it happen. The silver ray of divine intelligence is also excellent to work with as it brings in clarity and perception. It is a strong energy seen in the business environment.
All in all, you will need to show tremendous patience and persistence in manifesting the career energy you wish to build. Yet you are never alone in your career pursuits. God and the Higher are with you always. Keep yourself attuned to that Higher power and you will achieve your highest desires.

Money plays such a central role in our lives yet too many times we do not step back and ask, “What is the spiritual purpose of money?” What part does it play in our spiritual evolution and development? We certainly understand its place in our day-to-day life. Yet we can get so caught up in the pursuit of money, we forget money’s spiritual purpose.
Of course money is a form of exchange. It represents a value for a service or product. As we study metaphysics, we recognize the spiritual component to money. Money is a form of spiritual energy. In the aura, the energy of prosperity comes through in a beautiful turquoise light.
In this time of economic challenges and opportunities, understanding the spiritual dimensions of money is one of the most important lessons civilization is currently facing. Our very progress as a society and as individuals depends on cultivating a spiritually mature point of view of money and finances.
Spiritually speaking, money represents our ability to harness the powers of the earth in service to the divine plan. Each of us has a part to play in life. We all have a purpose. To fulfill this purpose, we are going to have to employ all our talents and skills. Money provides the resources we will need to fulfill our spiritual task. Naturally, part of this task is to take care of our immediate material needs. We are meant to partake of God’s great riches personally. Yet, at the same time we are meant to take the wealth we accumulate and put it to the divine use it was given.
If you are in the fortunate situation of having been blessed with abundance, you earned it. That is your good karma coming back to you. You are meant to enjoy that prosperity. Yet at the same time, you are meant to take that wealth and use it. If you merely accumulate it, you deprive yourself of the very reason you have the wealth to begin with. The person who dies with the most money does not necessarily win! Challenge yourself and search your heart to find the best expression of your wealth. It is ironic that those who fall into the trap of hoarding wealth find that in a future life their economic situation may not be so good in order to learn the true lesson of money.
If you find yourself in the situation of not having enough money to accomplish your needs or goals, then you have to be honest with yourself and evaluate what you are doing that might be hindering your wealth building. For example, if it is your purpose to build a cathedral, then you are going to need the material resources to build such a great edifice. Are you going to tread gingerly and cautiously or will you need to be bold? Many in the spiritual work are too timid when it comes to the activity of money forgetting that all money ultimately comes from God. You must proclaim your wealth boldly.
The bottom line with money is motive. It is your motivations for your financial pursuits and how well you are following through that determines if you are in rhythm with the divine purpose of prosperity. When put in its true perspective, prosperity is as much a part of the divine life as anything else.
God has rich days in store for humanity. Despite current challenges, we are heading to a time of spiritual unity and cooperation. Prosperity is going to play a prominent role in this New Day. Pay attention to the lessons that money presents. They are part of your growth and unfoldment and help you to fulfill your spiritual destiny.

What do you do when you are doing your best to work with the divine light to increase your finances, but your spouse is in a destructive place? Can you still manifest the finances you need?
This is a very challenging question because naturally our spouse is an intricate part of our life. The things we do affect our spouse and the things our spouse does affects us. When there is disharmony whether related to finances or anything else, this requires your immediate, undivided attention.
A recommendation here is to first make sure you really are doing your best to manifest the finances you need. Too often our mind is focused on the problem and not the solution. You may think you’re doing all you can but that may not be the truth. Another thing is to do your best to work with your spouse to help lift them out of whatever may be holding him or her back. Too often we condemn our spouse for shortcomings which has the effect to keeping them in their own negativity. Pray for them steadily. Send them divine light and see them as the divine being they are. Pray for guidance and direction. As you continue to faithfully work with the light a resolution or answer to your dilemma will reveal itself.
Philanthropy is an essential yet sometimes misunderstood spiritual principle. The word comes from the Greek philos which means “loving” and anthros which loosely means “humankind.” Philanthropy, in essence, means loving humankind. It is the practice and effort to increase the well-being of humanity – a spiritual quality that is more important than ever as our world gets smaller.
Philanthropy brings into play an indispensible spiritual principle of prosperity – stewardship. Stewardship is the recognition that you are the channel, and not the owner, of God’s abundance and supply. In the same way you are meant to express the power of prosperity to manifest abundance for your own needs, you are also meant to let that power of prosperity flow through you to others, as many times that is how God can reach those people.
In the aura, prosperity is seen as a brilliant turquoise light. It indicates the person is in the awareness of abundance. Yet when we are generous and philanthropic, we also generate a beautiful pure white light that radiates from our heart chakra. This white light brings in a tremendous redeeming and uplifting quality to our soul and aura. As the heart chakra, or Hermetic Center, is the nucleus of our human earth affairs and the seat of the soul, this divine white light uplifts the parts of our life and soul that need to be brought more into the light.
Most of us recognize the importance of caring for our loved ones. We lavish our attention and generosity on those we care about and are close to. Yet spiritually speaking, each of us has a karmic duty to help humanity itself for we are not only part of the family we were born into, we are part of the family of humanity. We are not only a citizen of the town and country we live in, we are a citizen of the world. The divine spark dwells in each of us. We talk about bringing the world together, yet there is a spiritual bond that already exists which unites all people of the world even if all of us are not presently all at peace with each other.
Be generous with your time, resources and services, not only to loved ones but to those who inspire compassion in you. Philanthropy should be as active a part of your life as any other activity you are engaged in. Seek out opportunities to help others as well when opportunities present themselves. When in the throes of our own struggles, we sometimes feel we have little or nothing to give, but of course this is not true. As a child of God, we all have something to give to the world, a service to perform that is for something greater than ourselves. As you express the spiritual practice of philanthropy, you are making your contribution to the family of humanity and you are blessing your own aura and life in wonderful and miraculous ways.
