The Aura – An excerpt from Barbra Y. Martin’s award winning book, Change Your Aura, Change Your Life:
“A miraculous spiritual force operate in the midst of us. Although invisible to physical sensing, it is vividly alive and active. It is a part of us and we are a part of it. This force is known as the human energy field – the aura.
“Everything you feel, think and do radiates a spiritual energy that comes through in definite colors and intensities. This essence is the aura. It is through the miracle of the aura that the Divine Light, divine consciousness, expresses itself in you.
Your Aura is an individual expression
of the Divine Light in action.“Your aura registers and keeps record of how you’re using spiritual energy. 2011 is off to a magnificent start! On Jan. 16th Barbara Y. Martin and Dimitri Moraitis gave a FREE workshop on The Seven Spiritual Arts, the seven facets of spiritual life that are indispensable in our enlightenment. A beautiful group of souls gathered in Studio City to learn and connect with fellow students on the path. Here are a few photos from our afternoon together:

Meditating with different spiritual energy colors help you to align with the divine attributes associated with that color. By drawing the energy into your being, you increase your awareness/consciousness of God, thus improving all areas of your life.
In the following weeks we will work with various colors of the aura by meditating with spiritual energies and applying their attributes throughout our day.

Week One: Deep Rose-Pink
“Rose-pink is the color of divine love. This pink is absolutely devoid of jealousy, selfishness, or any other human negative emotion. It is expressed with great beauty, and lives in the planes of creation. Pink is a universal color expressing joy, comfort, compassion, human love, upliftment and abundance.” ~ from the award winning book, Change Your Aura, Change Your Life.
For five minutes every day this week, meditate with the deep rose-pink ray. The deep rose-pink ray is a powerful magnetic emanation of the Divine, blessing all with unconditional, ever present love. Feel its uplifting nature permeate every aspect of your consciousness.
If you are experiencing difficulty loving yourself, your neighbor, your family, or a particular situation, see the rose-pink ray healing those relationships and situations in this loving light, illuminating all involved. See it showering you in all aspects of your being, uplifting you in divine love.
Then as you go about your day, do you best to express this divine blessing of love. Show others love, compassion and kindness and the energy you received will become a beautiful part of your aura, bringing you one step closer to your divine goal.

“You create the parameters of what you will and will not allow yourself to do, and you do this through your thinking. You must recognize that, in whatever state you find your thinking, you can always change that thinking if you so desire.
You are in control of your thinking!
Our thoughts create our experiences, for better or for worse. If you have relinquished control of your thoughts and find yourself in negative patterns, you must reclaim your power and direct your thoughts in a positive direction.
The energy to work (meditate) with is the Orange-Red Flame . Not only can this power ray cut loose specific negative thoughts, it can also cut through clouds of negative energies that may encircle you. You can work with the orange-red flame to release specific destructive thoughts or to conduce a general mental cleansing. “

This is the first principle of supply. It means that all the prosperity you’ll ever need is already with you. And since it’s with you, you don’t need to look outside yourself to generate prosperity. Prosperity is with you even if it’s not showing itself in your outer world.
Following the spiritual point of view that all physical manifestations are the result of inner, spiritual causes, it follows that all physical expressions of wealth result from an inner spiritual root of prosperity. As with everything else in life, wealth and supply originate in the spiritual realms. By touching into your spiritual core, you’re touching into the divine source of all supply. This places you in the midst of an unending fountain of supply.

We will continue this issue’s theme The Coming Spiritual Renaissance at the Bodhi Tree in Los Angeles, Sunday, October 4 at 3:00pm. We are also offering this workshop in our next teleclass, Monday, October 5 at 6:30 pm PST. Both events are free and we encourage you to invite your friends. Our foundation course, Change Your Aura, Change Your Life begins October 14! This foundation program teaches you how to work with spiritual energy and is the key to all the training offered through the institute.
This August, we had our first meeting with the new Spiritual Arts Institute board which now includes A.J. Le Shay, Patricia Bowman, Mark Hafeman, John Harrison, Melinda Noble as well as Barbara and Dimitri. Our first meeting was dynamic and constructive and we are laying down the groundwork for future activities of the institute. We will be calling on you to contribute your ideas and support to help Spiritual Arts Institute reach its mission to outreach the spiritual work to as many people as we can.
