Clearing negative energy from your home is a simple, essential task. Your home is your personal temple, and regular purification of negative energy is the key to keeping your sacred space a place of positivity, happiness and peace.
A clean, clear environment is conducive to a clean, clear mind and heart. By clean we mean free of negative energy, as well as clutter and grim.
Just as dust and dirt can accumulate, so do outbursts of anger, moments of extreme sadness or depression, and experiences of fear. Theses buildups of low vibration have a direct effect on our emotions and sate of being.
By clearing your space of negative energy you can remove energetic obstacles and negative patterns, granting yourself the freedom and peace you desire.
Steps to Purifying Your Home With Light:
- Burn orange and blue candles in what would be the center of your home, placing a large bowl of salted water between the candles.
- Allow the candles to burn for 10 minutes. Visualize the light of the candles illuminating every room, the doorways, the windows, the telephone lines, and especially the bed you sleep in.
- Now say the following prayer, asking the light to bless your home:
“Down-ray the orange red flame of purification into the center of this house, including all rooms, grounds, and property. Take all black and gray atoms at least 10 feet into the mineral kingdom and dissolve them in the light.“Upon completion of this purification, down-ray the blue-white fire to change and rechange all aspects of this home, retaining this energy and bringing this house into the highest vibration possible.”
Sense the light blessing everything in your home and thoroughly cleansing it.
- Flow up your housecleaning with a prayer of protection. The prayer itself builds up over time, helping to keep negative energies out, while also uplifting visitors who come in:
“Down-ray the golden ray of Thy divine protection to surround this home in seven flows of this light, strongly protecting everything herein and everyone who enters. In Thy Holy Name I ask this.”
Repeat this exercise every day until you feel it’s well established. After successfully doing this exercise, you will feel very different inside your home.

Every year on February 14th, friends, family, and of course, lovers, celebrate the gift of love on Valentine’s Day. Though this beautiful holiday is known the world over, few are aware of it’s powerful origins.
In 270A.D., a brave and beautiful soul named Valentine was an expression of true Divine Love – selfless and unconditional. His limitless compassion and grace continues to inspire the masses. Here is the story of St. Valentine~
St. Valentine
The story of Valentine’s Day begins in the third century with an oppressive Roman emperor and a humble Christian martyr. The emperor was Claudius II Gothicus. The Christian was Valentinus.
Claudius had ordered all Romans to worship state religion’s idols, and he had made it a crime punishable by death to associate with Christians. But Valentinus was dedicated to the ideals of Christ, and not even the threat of death could keep him from practicing his beliefs.
During the last weeks of Valentinus’s life a remarkable thing happened. One day a jailer for the Emperor of Rome knocked at Valentinus’s door clutching his blind daughter in his arms.
He had learned of Valentinus’s medical and spiritual healing abilities, and appealed to Valentinus to treat his daughter’s blindness. She had been blind since birth. Valentinus knew that her condition would be difficult to treat but he gave the man his word he would do his best. The little girl was examined, given an ointment for her eyes and a series of re-visits were scheduled.
Seeing that he was a man of learning, the jailer asked whether his daughter, Julia, might also be brought to Valentinus for lessons.
Julia was a pretty young girl with a quick mind. Valentinus read stories of Rome’s history to her. He described the world of nature to her. He taught her arithmetic and told her about GOD. She saw the world through his eyes, trusted in his wisdom, and found comfort in his quiet strength.
“Valentinus, does GOD really hear our prayers?” Julia said one day. “Yes, my child, He hears each one, “he replied.
“Do you know what I pray for every morning and every night? I pray that I might see. I want so much to see everything you’ve told me about!”
“GOD does what is best for us if we believe,” Valentinus said.
“Oh, Valentinus, I do believe,” Julia said intensely. “I do.” She knelt and grasped his hand. They sat quietly together, each praying.
Several weeks passed and the girl’s sight was not restored. Yet the man and his daughter never wavered in their faith and returned each week.
Then one day, Valentinus received a visit from Roman soldiers who arrested him, destroyed his medicines and admonished him for his religious beliefs. When the little girl’s father learned of his arrest and imprisonment, he wanted to intervene but there was nothing he could do.
On the eve of his death, Valentinus wrote a last note to Julia – knowing his execution was imminent. Valentinus asked the jailer for a paper, pen and ink. He quickly jotted a farewell note and handed it to the jailer to give to his blind daughter. He urged her to stay close to GOD, and he signed it “From Your Valentine.” His sentence was carried out the next day, February 14, 270 A.D., near a gate that was later named Porta Valentini in his memory.
When the jailer went home, he was greeted by his little girl. The little girl opened the note and discovered a yellow crocus inside. The message said, “From your Valentine.” As the little girl looked down upon the crocus that spilled into her palm she saw brilliant colors for the first time in her life! The girl’s eyesight was restored! A miracle!
He was buried at what is now the Church of Praxedes in Rome. It is said that Julia herself planted a pink-blossomed almond tree near his grave. Today, the almond tree remains a symbol of abiding love and friendship. In 496 Pope Gelasius I named February 14 as Saint Valentine’s Day. On each Valentine’s Day, messages of affection, love and devotion are still exchanged around the world. 
Regardless of how love is showing up in your life right now, this is a beautiful time to let your Divine Love shine and be in the spirit of love. You are an expression of divine love in action, and the more you give love, the more you will receive.
This Valentine’s Day, call in love in a big way by mediating with the rose pink ray of Divine Love. See this beautiful, uplifting color encircling and showering upon you.
As you breath in and out, envision the deep rose pink illuminating your heart, your mind, and your soul. See it blessing all of your loved ones, and uplifting all situations in your life.

Metaphysics teaches that to attract prosperity you must look within yourself. All the prosperity you’ll ever need is already with you, right now.

Meditative Prayer for Prosperity
Sit comfortably in a quiet place with your eyes closed, hands resting gently in your lap. Take 3 deep, relaxing breaths , fully expanding your belly on the inhale, and exhaling out all the breath on a sigh.
Now see a brilliant turq
uoise ray of light beaming down from the heavens directly to your heart. Say the following prayer aloud:
“Down-ray the turquoise ray of abundance and supply, activating my heart, the seat of my soul, and quickening person, places, things, conditions, and situations, bringing me into perfect prosperity.”
Sense and feel your heart being activated in limitless supply. Feel the warmth and strength of this light illuminating all of your being. See it bringing into your life new avenues of income, and strengthening the ones you already have.
Once this power is established in you and you feel uplifted, give thanks, then let it go from your consciousness. Trust that the energy is in motion.
If you find yourself falling back into worry patters, repeat the light work. As with all things, the more you put this meditation into action, the more you attract prosperity into your life.

The imagination and creativity of a child is a precious gift. Paul Collard is the CEO of Creativity, Culture and Education (CCE), a UK-based organization funded by government “to unlock the creative potential of children and young people, in order to prepare them for success in the creative economy of the 21st century.”
Paul explains, “Creativity is … being able to make good ideas happen.” This is key because creativity and culture are drivers of social and economic change.
A recent project of CCE was assisting a group of children in London purchase a new classroom for their school campus – a nonoperational, full-sizedpassenger airplane! The children came up with the idea, negotiated the plane’s purchase, designed the interior with David Beckham’s personal plane designer, and wrote letters to council for permission to park it on school grounds.

ncouraging our children to imagine, to play, to think outside the box, we are instilling within them the knowing that their contribution to the world is valuable and essential. This confidence goes on to create talented individuals who will confidently go out and peruse their dreams.

Dimitri shares the story, “Barbara and I were teaching the basic principles of metaphysics to young children, ages 6 to 14, who were studying to be actors in major motion picture films. At one point Barbara shared with the children that talent shows up in the aura as a brilliant electric blue. The next day the children came to class and everyone was wearing blue – they got it!”
Introducing your kids gently to metaphysics is ideal, remembering that children are adult souls in a child’s body. While Barbara and Dimitri recommend waiting until the age of twelve to introduce your child to meditation, exposing them to spiritual principles can be fun, and you may be surprised by how quickly they catch on!
A great way to work with the light with kids is to use creative visualizations, such as encouraging them to envision themselves surrounded in a golden bubble for protection, or seeing themselves cloaked in pink light for love. You can also play creative games to teach your children about the divine light.
By sharing the light work with your children not only are you nurturing their natural ability to be creative, you are also watering the seeds of their innate spirituality.

On this glorious Monday we invite you to join us in setting a powerful, positive tone for this week by attuning to Divine Motivation – motivation that streams straight from the heart of the Beloved.
Heavenly Father, Holy Mother God,
As we enter into a new week and set forth to accomplish our goals, duties, tasks and dreams, we ask for a blessing of motivation to propel us forward in a God-like manner, enabling us to meet each person, place, circumstance and situation with joy and enthusiasm. We ask to be quickened in the light, the consciousness, of motivation, so we may perceive the magic and wonder inherent in each moment.
May we co-create our reality hand in hand with you with deep gratitude and profound knowing that we are only given that which we can handle, and that at every step of the way we are always guided, assisted and protected.
We rejoice in the gift of life! We celebrate the opportunity to know ourselves as divine! With the heart of a child, we welcome this week of blessings, growth, learning and opportunities with awe, and answer the call to greatness with a resounding, YES! We ask that all of our brothers and sisters be quickened in the light, so that together we create heaven on earth now, in this moment, and in each subsequent moment hereafter. We thank thee that this is so. So be it!
Heavenly Father, Holy Mother God,
We ask that you downray the purple ray of divine peace to each of our chakras, activating our spiritual centers and quickening them in a clockwise motion. May the purple Light of thy heavenly peace penetrate deep into our subconscious and soul levels releasing us from any worries and stresses, aligning us with your ever present, ever powerful peace.
May the stillness of peace wash and anoint body, mind, and soul. May the truth of peace flow through us, with us, and in us, increasing our capacity to contain an ever greater awareness and consciousness of Peace so we may actively participate in creating heaven on earth. We ask that all sentient beings be blessed and quickened in the Light. We thank thee that this is so. So Be It.
“Almighty and Everlasting God, our hearts and prayers go to Japan and everyone who has been affected the by earthquake and tsunami. We ask that the healing light of God go to all the injured, the lost, the homeless and to help ease those souls who have made their transition. May the peace of God envelop all who are shaken and distress so that they may feel that God is with them always and that their fellow brothers and sisters are praying for them and ready to help in any way.
“We pray for God’s help to contain the situation at the nuclear power plant. We ask that the angels and archangels of Divine Light can contain the situation and bring everything to a safe conclusion. May the golden ray of wisdom and courage go to the leaders to help them make the right decisions and to be responsive to the guidance of the divine. May the protective light of God surround all souls who are in potential danger; to rescue workers, medical workers, and those who are working at the nuclear power plant so that they continually receive the blessings of God and the Holy Ones.
“May the love of God bless this planet as a whole, so that all the kingdoms of the earth are blessed in God’s eternal light and to bring us peace and compassion and that we may use this as a time to draw closer to God. In this hour of need, let Thy goodness and grace come shining through. Amen.”
