At a time such as this with health issues much in the news, it is important to of course be prudent and take measures to maintain your health. We must keep in mind that good physical health begins with the aura. According to the Higher, the current health crisis will subside, but in the meantime remember to work with the healing rays of the orange-red flame and blue-white fire to help maintain good health on all levels.
