We are delighted to be going to Soul of Yoga in Encinitas for an exciting weekend event on February 9th. Tom and Trisha Kelly own a wonderful, well-rounded yoga studio with an emphasis on health, fitness, meditation and spiritual growth. Trisha is a student at Spiritual Arts Institute, so we are looking forward to an uplifting spiritual synergy. The workshop will be on the heart chakra, how it’s connected to your soul and the activities of your life.
